About Nguse Psychology Services

Introduction

One of the many commonalities amongst people is that they, at one point, were children. Childhood, and so does growth, is marked by both painful and joyful experiences. Some live with us for the rest of our lives, while others fade with time. Psychotherapy as a form of treatment, and nurturing, assists in the integration of those experiences. The primary aim of psychotherapy is healing and growth.

The healing journey can be difficult as much as it can also be joyful and fulfilling. Therefore, in the therapeutic relationship, I seek to create a warm, safe, and welcoming space where people feel cared for and supported. This is intended to make the healing process less lonely and daunting.
